Data Collection & Analysis:
Gather alignment and/or dimensional data using state-of-the-art laser metrology instruments, and generate comprehensive Technical Service Reports including 3D models.

Client Engagement:
Review and confirm job scope with facility managers or customers, ensuring clear communication of project requirements and outcomes.

Inspection & Reporting:
Observe and document machine and equipment conditions, identify issues, and provide adjustment recommendations to improve performance.

Collaboration & Proposal Development:
Work alongside the Account Manager to develop proposals tailored to customer needs.

Training & Leadership:
Train personnel on the use of precision metrology instruments, report generation, inspection and alignment techniques, and overall machine alignment skills.

Analytical Skills:
Excellent problem-solving capabilities with the ability to troubleshoot complex metrology issues and propose effective solutions.

Technical Aptitude:
Strong mechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of mathematical principles.

Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead a small team and manage projects independently with a strong work ethic.

Communication:
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in MS Windows and common MS Office applications; familiarity with at least one of the following software tools is preferred: Spatial Analyzer or Polyworks.
