Perform precision alignment using tools such as laser alignment systems, dial indicators, and micrometers

Execute welding tasks including structural welding (e.g., stick, MIG, TIG) and fabrication work for supports, brackets, or component repairs

Inspect mechanical systems to identify faults and carry out repairs or part replacements

Use cutting torches, grinders, and other fabrication tools as required

Collaborate with other millwrights, welders, and site supervisors to complete projects efficiently

Maintain job site safety by adhering to OSHA standards and company safety policies

Accurately document work performed and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams

Proven experience with machinery installation, mechanical repairs, and precision alignment in an industrial setting

Proficient welding skills (MIG, TIG, Stick); ability to pass a weld test if required

Familiarity with pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, turbines, and rotating equipment

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

Must be willing and able to travel nationwide for extended periods

OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Laser alignment tool experience (e.g., Easy-Laser, ROTALIGN, etc.)

Rigging and forklift operation experience

Ability to work independently or lead small crews on-site
